The weld reaches grade II of the national standard. If the flaw detection length is doubled and still unqualified, full-length flaw detection shall be carried out until it meets the requirements; (4) The roundness tolerance of the rolled shell shall not exceed 0.5; (5) Material: Q235 section steel with yield strength of 235 n / m2; For medium-sized drum group and light-duty drum group, when the outer diameter of the hub is greater than 220mm, cast steel shall be used. For light-duty drum group, when the outer diameter of the hub is less than 220mm, hot-rolled round steel shall be used, which shall meet the national standard.
